Former Wentzville Police Chief Receives $12,000 In Settlement from St. Charles City.

FORMER POLICE CHIEF LISA HARRISON

After receiving a $225,000 settlement from Wentzville, former Police Chief Lisa Harrison has settled with the City of St. Charles for $12,000.

Harrison filed a suit and complaint that St. Charles Police Officer Julie Jackson illegally ran license plate registrations of a vehicle parked outside her home at the request of Wentzville officials. The vehicle belonged to  the executive director of the Missouri Police Chiefs Association. The Director had a hand in her hiring by Wentzville. Wentzville officials denied the allegations but settled for $225,000.  As part of the Wentzville settlement she was required to resign as Chief of Police which she did in March.

Harrison still has a suit pending against St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar for refusing to prosecute the officers who ran the license plates. She also complains that Lohmar harassed her by allegedly grabbed her arm and asked how she was doing and calling her hon.
