Third Suspect Arrested In Shooting of 15 Year Old In O'Fallon

Antonio Malik Whitaker has been arrested as the third suspect accused of shooting a 15 year old boy while he was sitting in a car. The victim, whose identity has not been released, is listed in stable condition in a local hospital.
