St. Charles Man Charged With Burglary stemming from Ferguson Protests

CARLOS J. HILL

Carlos J. Hill of Bel Rae Court in St. Charles has been charged by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney with 2nd Degree Burglary after alleging looting a Dollar General store located at 10060 Halls Ferry Road during protests after the grand jury decision not to indict Ferguson Police Officer.

Darren Wilson. He was seen leaving the store with merchandise by police officers. Four other men with him were not charged by the Prosecutor.  Bond is set at $10,000
